Shipping Policy

Pre-Order Drops

Our pre-order items are made to order — this process ensures quality and reduces waste.

Timeline:


  • Production: 3–5 weeks after the pre-order window closes

  • Shipping: 3–10 business days (depending on your location)

Notes:


  • Orders with pre-order items ship once production is complete.

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of ordering.

  • Once production begins, all sales are final.

  • Delays may occur due to sourcing or customs, but updates will be provided via email.

Pre-Made Drops

Items that are in stock and ready to ship.

Timeline:


  • Processing: 2–3 business days

  • Delivery:


    Australia: 3–7 business days


    International: 7–14 business days

Notes:


  • Customs or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Mimpi is not liable for lost or delayed parcels once shipped.

Shipping Partners

We use Australia Post and DHL Express for all deliveries.

Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at mimpistudios1@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 9 Waterview Court, Springfield Lakes

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
